Walk The Floor

We have added this new service to meet the ever-changing needs of our clients. One of the things we have found as we continue to work closely and better understand their needs, is that sometimes users aren’t sure what types of things they should learn so instead we spend time ‘walking the floor’ and talking to users and identifying ways to more effectively use the current software and in turn save time and money. We have found this to be a very cost effective way to utilize our training resources for smaller companies and also it helps identify features of the software to provide in training courses.
